Overview
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 6–9 business days. Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 7–11 business days.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your shipping confirmation. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will try to update it before shipment.
